  • 1 strainer
  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 knife
  • 1 large serving bowl
  • 1 small bowl
  • 1 1 in. or 1.25 in. star cookie cutter
  • 1 zester optional

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs. fresh strawberries organic
  • 6 oz. fresh raspberries organic
  • ¼ lb. fresh coconut slices
  • 1 lrg. white dragon fruit
  • 18 oz. blueberries organic
  • 12 oz. blackberries organic

Salad Dressing Ingredients

  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 tsp. orange zest optional
  • 2 tbsp. lemon or lime juice
  • 1 tsp. lemon or lime zest optional
  • 6 tbsp. maple syrup or honey (to taste) organic
  • ½ tsp. pure vanilla extract optional

Instructions
 

  • Gently wash berries in a water bath, drain excess water, place them on paper towels
  • Strawberries: cut the small ones in fourths. Slice the big ones and use the star cookie cutter to make stars.
  • Coconut slices: Use the star cookie cutter to make stars.
  • Dragon fruit: cut in half, then into thick slices, take the skin off by using the knife to cut around the edge of the white part. Use the star cookie cutter to make stars.
  • Add the strawberries, coconut, and blueberries into a large serving bowl. Gently mix in the dragon fruit, raspberries, and blackberries.
  • Make the salad dressing by adding all of its ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well, and pour over salad.
  • Gently toss the salad and enjoy! Refrigerate left overs.
