Creamy and Healthy Blue Cheese Dressing

  • 1 blender or small food processor

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • cup blue cheese
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • black pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Using a hand blender or a small food processor, combine all ingredients (excluding parsley) until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour dressing into a small bowl. Optional: top dressing with fresh parsley and blue cheese crumbles for garnish.
  • Cover and refrigerate leftovers. Lasts about 3-5 days. Great for dipping buffalo chicken wings, on top of buffalo chicken enchiladas, drizzling on salads, and dipping veggies!
