coconut water, unsweetened

Instructions
If using fresh fruit, chop in chunks, store in freezer bags, and freeze.
Pour the coconut water in blender, this will help the blender mix the frozen fruit easier.
Then add the frozen fruit to blender.
Begin blending at a slow setting, mix frozen fruit very well with the blender's tamper tool or a wooden spoon. Add more coconut water if needed.
Blend at higher setting as the mixture gets smoother. Consistency will be thick but not chunky.
